My machine says 'fill tank' with a full tank — do I need a new tank?

Not always. First clean the tank's valve seat and the float — scale or coffee residue there causes false readings. If the float is cracked, waterlogged, or the tank leaks from the valve after cleaning, replacement is the fix.

Which machines does this tank fit?

It's DeLonghi part AS13200255 for ECAM/Magnifica-series machines. Email us your model number (on the sticker behind the water tank) and we'll confirm compatibility.
